Your Body's Innate Wisdom
© Amanda Tilden - December 2018
You can recognise that you do have some power over your health via your thoughts, your words your behaviours, actions and attitude.
Your body's innate wisdom knows how to heal itself. Your role is to envision and believe that healing is possible.
The body can also create physical symptoms associated with your emotional attitude. Emotions trigger thoughts and give meaning to what you feel.
The feeling is a physical sensation of emotional energy. A hearty laugh, a happy smile and happy thoughts promote healing. Pay close attention to those thoughts that make you feel lousy and those that promote your wellbeing.
Your Language affects your Body Positively and Negatively.
Your unconscious mind can create an unwanted condition in your body by taking what you say quiet literally.
The mind does not know what you mean at a cellular level. So when you say "Im getting a headache"
your actually inviting pain in.
Physical sensations such as crying, sweating, pain, orgasm, itching and smiling are all part of language of the body. And so to is dis-ease. Dis-ease feared by many is frequently a positive force helping us to take charge of our conscious and unconscious thought patterns and beliefs, helping us to make the changes to better ourselves. When we look at crises and illness in the bigger picture we can grow both emotionally and spiritually.
There is a better way of thinking available when you choose to be responsible for your own health and wellbeing. You can train yourself to think healthy thoughts so your body becomes dis-ease free.
Experiences in Life Manifest in Your Body
The experiences in your life directly manifest in your body and when you encounter an emotional stress, your body shows you exactly what the problem is. You just need to recognise and listen to it.

Pain in the Knees:
Seeing life as unsupported. Inside knee; Community, job, friends. Outside knee; personal issues. Humble yourself. Spend some time volunteering. Make sure you remember that you're mortal. You're just human and although you have an ego, don't let it rule over your life.

Pain Causing Fatigue:
Boredom, resistance, and denying what it takes to move forward, "What's next?" Open yourself to that little voice which speaks very softly and nudges you towards a new experience.

If we are willing to listen"
